Rates

Rental price per day

The price depends on the season in which the rental starts and ends. Rental length is counted in days (both the pick-up day and the return day count). Minimum rental length is 5 days in high season, otherwise 2 days.

Prices below are shown in euros as an approximate conversion (≈ 25 CZK/€) for your convenience – the Czech crown amount in brackets is the binding one, since the contract, invoices and deposit are all handled in CZK on a Czech bank account.

Discount for longer rentals: 10% off from 11 days. The discount only applies to the rental fee. The price is calculated by the number of days. A one-off service fee of €60 (1 500 Kč) is charged on every rental. The rental includes unlimited mileage, insurance, the motorway vignette and basic equipment. All prices include VAT.

Terms

Good to know

Pick-up and return

  • Pick-up from 7:00 am, return by 5:00 pm
  • We hand over the van clean with a full tank – please return it in the same condition
  • The driver must hold a valid category B licence and be at least 21 years old
  • A detailed walk-through of the van is part of the hand-over

Deposit and insurance

  • Refundable deposit of €1 000 (25 000 Kč) at pick-up
  • The vehicle is insured (liability, comprehensive cover, EU-wide assistance)
  • The booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure

Mileage

  • No mileage limit, we don't charge for kilometres driven
  • The Czech motorway vignette is included in the price

Rules on board

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the van
  • Pets are strictly not allowed
  • Only empty the toilet and waste water at designated disposal points
